We've carefully curated all the products here, and most are limited editions.

We add new products frequently, so check back often!

All items are custom made when you order them.

They aren't sitting on a dusty shelf, waiting. It's like Five Guys vs. McDonald's.

So please realize that it will take a few days for your order to be lovingly crafted, before shipping out to you.

FAQs

How much is shipping?
Shipping is generally $9.95, unless your order is $50 or more, in which case shipping is free.

Can you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. Sorry about that.

When will my item arrive?
We're working on it, we promise! Remember that except for glassware, all items in our store are made when you order them. Fresh for you! So it'll probably be a week or so before it gets to you.

Can I track my order?
Sure. You'll get an email when it ships and that email will have tracking information on it. We typically ship via USPS to keep costs down for you, and USPS can be....inconsistent. Your mileage may vary.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us for a full refund, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Because everything is custom made, we cannot offer exchanges.

How do I return an item?
Please contact us here. Or, reply via the email in your shipping confirmation. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria (see above), we will issue you with a return barcode by email.

You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it. 

We are not able to offer free return shipping at this time, as we are a micro store and all items are custom made.

What if my item is damaged?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and contact us. We'll make it right. This is most likely to happen with glassware, obviously.
